i bought alli, thinking it would help w/ weight loss, so that i could be swimsuit slim come february. little did i know the #1 side effects were ***anal leakage + explosive diarrhea***! gah!



luckily, rite aid was open 24 hrs and i returned it promptly after reading online reviews. whew!

the new swimsuit slim regiment consists of splenda replacing all sugar, except for natural sugars found in fruit + juice + such, lots of hot sauce to help speed up the metabolism and walking as much as possible, biking lots + no more cabs + walking during breaks, to burn some chub.

YAY FOR BROWN!

i fucked up the first round (2 boxes of hair dye). had to bleach out the metallic black dye. bleh! i'm pretty happy w/ today's results (1 box of bleach + 2 boxes of brown). not bad eh?
