CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN + BLACK BEANS AND RICE W/ COCONUT MILK

wtf!  chicken was super dry, despite being jerked + marinated for a week.  green/yellow beans were like rubber.  grr!  the coconut milk black beans + rice were BOMB!  3:1 good food vs "this shit sux" ratio tells me i am not cut out for domestic life...

YAY FOR NEW SHEETS!

murdoc woke us up @ 5 in the morning the other day. felt a warm nugget under the sheets. needless to say, not something i ever want to wake up to again. it was time for new sheets anyway. :P
